Albert brings more than 15 years of project management experience in environmental, wireless, ports and aviation agency clients. For the last 10 years his experience in aviation capital projects has focused on transportation, civil infrastructure and stormwater management projects. Currently he is the Project Manager for multiple transportation and infrastructure projects for the Sea-Tac Airport Capital Improvement Program. Shen holds a BA in Chemistry and BS Environmental Science from the University of Washington.
With more than ten years experience in construction, environmental and demolition inspection activities, Paul Shen has led construction oversight, specifications compliance, concrete testing, soil density testing, subgrade inspections, soil mechanical analysis, and aviation lights systems inspection for various airfield related projects. Shen holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Purdue University.
For nearly four decades, Steve has contributed to public sector contracts in design, construction and management, on both the consulting and government sides. His forte is electrical engineering, but he has routinely managed multi-discipline projects, including a range of infrastructure initiatives for Sea-Tac Airport Light Rail and the Parking Garage. Schmidt has also supervised projects for the Minneapolis, Minnesota Airport. In the past decade alone, Steve has managed more than 250 projects, ranging in value from $1,000 to $35 million. Steve is President of the Electric League of the Pacific Northwest. Schmidt is a registered engineer in Washington State, earning his BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado and his MBA from Southern Illinois University.
Gerry Greer brings more than 30 years of experience managing all phases of building design and construction on a wide range of projects, including project management for the $300 million Airport Terminal Expansion and construction management for the Port of Seattle and Washington State. Greer also provides quality assurance, design review, charge order analysis, and auditing for the $3.2 billion Airport Capital Improvement Program.
Greer is a Registered Architect in Washington State. He earned his Masters in Architecture from Polytechnic of North London (UK).
Ana has over 15 years experience in the design and construction fields. She has managed numerous small works projects for the Port of Seattle varying in size from $1000 to $1.2M. Her work has included tenant build-outs, storm water management systems, signage, erosion control, fender pile replacement, and many electrical and mechanical upgrades. Ana has managed design and construction projects for the Seattle School District as well, including a $7M addition and remodel to an elementary school. Ana is a LEED accredited professional. She has a Certificate of Construction Management from University of Washington and an Associate degree, in Interior Design, from the Art Institute of Seattle.
Some of Mr. Pen's major/recent projects include: signal design and preparation of signing and striping plans and construction management plans for the SR 522 Phase 1 Project in Kenmore, Washington, project manager for the SR 98 Corridor Project in Calexico, California, traffic engineer for City of Fort Collins ITS project in Colorado and traffic engineer for the Stapleton Redevelopment project in Denver, Colorado,
He is currently working on signal timing plans, transit priority corridor improvement projects, and signal installation projects.
Norene holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland and is an active member of ITE.
Tyburc inspected all electrical duct banks, high voltage and low voltage equipment and installation of the new Lighting Vault building power and control systems for the Third Runway Project at Sea-Tac Airport. He was directly involved in the installation of 29 power centers throughout Sea-Tac Airport and assisted various electrical projects with design changes and electrical acceptance system testing relative to National Electrical Code rules.
Tyburc is also experienced in the review of electrical design drawings, specifications, submittals and the operation of electrical equipment, and the locations of power centers, substations, feeder upgrades, manholes and primary power switching devices.
Tyburc holds an AET in Industrial Electronics from the Northeast Institute of Industrial Technology in Boston. He also attended the Northeast Power Institute and U.S Navy Electricians Schools.
